Terms of Service
Last updated: September 18, 2026
Acceptance of These Terms
This site is operated by Two Anchors LLC (“we,” “us”). By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Scope
These terms cover your use of this website, including submitting an application. A booked session is governed by the separate agreement provided at booking. If the two ever conflict, that agreement controls for the session itself.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to submit an application or book a session.
Applications and Booking
Submitting an application does not create a booking and does not obligate either of us. We review applications and respond; if the work is a fit, we send a payment and booking link. Prices, availability, and the number of founding spots may change at any time before you book. Payment terms, rescheduling, and cancellation are set out in the booking agreement.
Nature of the Work; No Professional Advice
A Beacon Session is a creative and strategic coaching conversation. It is not therapy, counselling, medical care, mental-health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for any of them. We are not acting as your physician, therapist, attorney, or financial adviser, and no practitioner-patient or attorney-client relationship is created.
Sessions may include intuitive or oracular perspective, astrology, meditation, or hypnosis, and these are offered only with your explicit consent and only as reflective tools. They are provided for personal insight. They are not diagnostic, not predictive, and not a treatment for any condition. You remain the decision-maker for your own life and work at all times, and you are solely responsible for the choices you make and the actions you take.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
We make no guarantee of any particular outcome, result, income, or realization.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
- Submit false information, or someone else’s personal information without their permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems, or its data, or interfere with its operation.
- Use automated means to submit the form, scrape the site, or circumvent its abuse protections.
Intellectual Property
The content of this site — text, design, and materials — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce it commercially, or create derivative works from it, without our written permission.
Materials produced for you in a session, including your Beacon Map, are yours to use for your own purposes.
Your Submissions
You keep ownership of what you send us. You give us permission to use it for the purpose of reviewing your application, responding, and delivering the work. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send sensitive personal information through the application form — it is intentionally brief, and anything sensitive is better handled after we are in contact.
Third-Party Services and Links
This site relies on third-party services and may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability, and their terms apply to your use of them.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Two Anchors LLC and its members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the site. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the site will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars (US$100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Two Anchors LLC and its members from any claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your use of the site or your breach of these terms.
Governing Law and Venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve it within thirty days, either of us may bring a claim in the courts named above.
Changes to the Site and These Terms
We may change or discontinue any part of the site at any time, and we may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms are the entire agreement between us regarding the site.
