Privacy Policy

Overview
This site is operated by Two Anchors LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you visit, what happens when you apply for a Beacon Session, and what choices you have. We collect as little as we can and we do not sell your information.
Information We Collect
What you send us. If you submit the application form, we receive your name, your email address, and your answers to the questions on that form — what you are trying to make or change, where you are stuck, what you have already tried, your readiness, and anything else you choose to tell us.
Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server information such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We use it to keep the site running and secure.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and move through this site — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and what kind of device they use. It is configured for our own understanding of the site, not for advertising. We do not run ads here and we do not sell your information.
Cookies and Analytics
Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to tell one visit from another and to recognise a returning visitor. These are analytics cookies, not advertising cookies. Google’s handling of that data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
You can refuse these cookies through your browser settings, through Google’s opt-out browser add-on, or by using your browser’s “do not track” or tracking-protection features. The site works normally without them.
Local Storage
The site stores your light/dark theme preference in your browser’s local storage so the site does not flash the wrong theme on your next visit. It stays on your device, it is not a cookie, and it is never sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes it.
How We Use Information
- To read your application and decide whether the work is a fit.
- To reply to you, and to send a payment and booking link if it is a fit.
- To keep a record of our correspondence.
- To protect the form from automated abuse.
We do not add you to a mailing list from the application form. If we ever offer one, it will be a separate, clearly optional choice.
How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that make this site work, each acting on our behalf:
- Google Cloud / Firebase — hosting, and the database where applications are stored.
- Resend — the service that delivers the notification email carrying your application to us.
- Google Analytics — site usage measurement, as described above.
- Google reCAPTCHA — used on the application form to tell people from bots. Google’s collection and use of that information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Session Materials
Notes, maps, and other material created during or after a session are handled separately from this website, through Two Anchors’ protected internal systems. They are not stored on this site and are not part of the application record described above.
Data Retention
We keep applications for as long as needed to respond, deliver the work, and maintain a reasonable record of our correspondence. You can ask us to delete your application at any time — see “Your Privacy Rights” below — and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Data Security
Applications are stored in a database that is not readable from the public website; they are accessible only to us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. To make a request, email hello@nikitamadora.com. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
Children’s Privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Third-Party Links
This site may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
International Visitors
We operate from the United States. If you use this site from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
